SASSA Grant Payment Dates for December 2024
SASSA has released the dates for the SASSA various grants, the dates for these grants in December month are given below, you can also check the latest grant values of the SASSA.

- Older Person Grants- 03 December 2024 on Tuesday
- Disability Grants- 04 December 2024 on Wednesday
- Care Dependency Grant- 05 December 2024 on Thursday

Early Payment to SRD Grant Beneficiaries
As per the recent data from the SASSA, approximately 09 million people are benefiting from the SRD grant. It means that South Africa has registered 09 million people who need help from the govt as they are unemployed. SASSA is providing R370 per month under the SRD grant to each of the eligible people.
The usual payment dates for the SRD grant of SASSA are in the last week of every month. Due to the festive season, the payment for December 2024 will be early and the dates for the SASSA SRD December payment are given below.

SASSA Grant Increase in 2025
South Africa govt has checked the current financial structure of the SASSA SRD grant and govt also noticed that the amount for the SASSA SRD grant should get an increment in the upcoming year to keep in mind the increasing inflation. - Child Support Grant: This will get an increment of R30 in April 2025.
- Foster Care Grant: This will get an increment of R620 in April 2025.
